Rules are made for a reason, to keep our community maintaining order, safety, and protect property values. Rules govern our shared spaces of common amenities so everyone is on the same page and our property is a beautiful place to live.
We would hate to see anyone leave Puritas Park but if you are selling your townhouse you may contact me (puritas@aol.com). Send information and I will designate a area just for information on our web page.

If there are any questions please feel free to contact our Manager and your questions will be addressed. These Rules & Regulations pertain to everyone whom live within the Puritas Park Association. (Owners & Renters as well as your visitors to your homes.)
