GARBAGE, FURNITURE, RACKING, GARDEN CLIPPINGS, ETC. ON THE STREET LAWNS (GRAYTON RD, PURITAS AVENUE) PLEASE DISPOSE OF ITEMS ON YOUR FRONT LAWN PROPERTY ON THE DAY OF PICK UP! NO ONE WILL PICK UP ON THE STREET! SCRAPERS DRIVE THROUGH THE PROPERTY PERIODICALLY SUNDAY NIGHT, USUALLY.

Sidewalk/driveway repairs Coming - 2026!
Reminder: Our property cement steps (circled in red, above) are the homeowners responsibility to maintain and repair. All other sidewalks are taken care of by the Association.
There will be a walk-thru with the landscapers to address issues with trees, bushes, grass. If you have issues or concerns please contact the Management company. The Board and Management cannot have eyes everywhere. Thank you.
