Sidewalk/driveway repairs Coming - 2026!
There will be a walk-thru with the landscapers to address issues with trees, bushes, grass. If you have issues or concerns please contact the Management company. The Board and Management cannot have eyes everywhere. Thank you.
DO NOT ADDRESS THE LANDSCAPERS, CONTACT MANAGEMENT ONLY!
Reminder: Our property cement steps (circled in red, above) are the homeowners responsibility to maintain and repair. All other sidewalks are taken care of by the Association.
Walk - Thru for property took place on Saturday, June 20th. Any property updates, repairs will be mailed to the Owners of the properties. We have been doing a great job
keeping our community looking great!
